Many bloggers write about things they love, but it is rare for us to be able to share doing what we love for a charity. Today you have a chance to taste cupcakes made by any one (or several) of the 43 participating bakers at Morel's Restaurant at the Grove Shopping Center between 10:30 am and 1:30pm. All the proceeds will benefit Share Our Strength, a charity which states that their intention for the bake sale is to stop childhood hunger one cupcake at a time.
For those of you who may ask if I am participating, my answer is that I am donating money to the charity, but my baking skills are like my singing skills, and I do not want to inflict those on anyone:)
